Workout Schedule

The workout schedule will ultimately be determined by the availability of the majority of our team members. Each season, the coaches will poll the group to find the best fit – but riders can generally expect workouts to take place before and after normal work hours, in Central Park, at Asphalt Green, and the local NYC environs.

A sample schedule of the type of workouts is below:

Monday- Gym Strength Training  (with Team at Asphalt Green)
Tuesday- Rest Day/Recovery Ride (Solo)
Wednesday- Strength Ride (w/AGCT)
Thursday- Aerobic Ride/Paceline (w/AGCT)
Friday- Rest Day
Saturday- Race and/or Long Ride (w/AGCT)
Sunday- Optional Recovery Swim (Solo at Asphalt Green)
